Acid Proof Tiles

Zeochem Anticorr is an Indian company with ISO certification in the anticorrosive product industry. Our company is an Indian manufacturer, supplier, exporter, and applicator of a large variety of anticorrosive solutions. We also trade in the international market with our high-quality goods.

With a highly qualified workforce, state-of-the-art facilities, cutting-edge machinery, and a creative Research & Development Centre, the company provides comprehensive Solutions for Corrosion Protection Products. We have extensive expertise with the treatment procedure and in-depth knowledge of how plants operate, which lets us give clients the best care possible.

A floor covering known as "Anti Acid tile" has a low water absorption rate, is simple to maintain, is resistant to acids, oils, and other comparable chemicals, and does not breed bacteria. Using acid tiles offers several benefits for both small and large buildings.

Installation of Acid Proof Tiles needs to be heated to between 125 and 150 degrees Celsius in a tar boiler. The molten mass is then poured on and each layer is smoothed by toweling.

Acid proof tiles are specialized tiles designed to withstand exposure to acidic chemicals and substances. These tiles are made from special materials resistant to acid corrosion, including high-density ceramics, vitrified clay, and porcelain.

Acid proof tiles are commonly used in industrial settings where acids are used for manufacturing or processing. Acid Proof Tiles are also used in laboratories, chemical plants, and other facilities where acidic substances are present.

Acid proof tiles come in various sizes and shapes to accommodate different applications. They are typically installed using acid-resistant mortar or epoxy, which provides a strong bond and helps to prevent leaks.

In addition to their resistance to acids, acid proof tiles also offer other benefits, such as high durability, low maintenance requirements, and fire resistance. However, it is important to note that acid-proof tiles are not suitable for all types of acids and chemicals, and it is important to select the right kind of tile for the specific application.

Acid Resistant Bricks

  • Introduction

Zeochem Anticorr is India's trusted player in the area of corrosion-resistant products. Our company AcidResistant Bricks manufacturer, Suppliers, Exporter & Applicator a large range of corrosion-resistant products from India. We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified company and also do business on the global market with our high-quality products.

Our expertise, knowledge of plant execution, and in-depth experience in processing processes help to deliver the highest standards of processing and quality to customers. Zeochem Anticoorr considers customer satisfaction as our greatest reward. Our organization is committed to providing our clients with a proven line of Alkali Tile Quality Proof products.

Acid proof bricks are made of raw materials, such as clay of suitable composition with low lime and iron content, flint, feldspar, or sand, and vitrified at high temperatures in ceramic kilns. Acid-resistant bricks are usually installed using chemical-resistant mortars. They are available in a variety of sizes and shapes, coated and joined with acid-proof cement. The cement used to depend on the chemical state and temperature until their specific limits. We manufacture in accordance with the applicable IS/ASTM standards.

  • Types of Acid-Resistant Bricks

The acid-resistant bricks shall be manufactured in two classes:

1. Class I Bricks

These acid-resistant bricks are recommended under severe corrosive conditions, such as in pickling tanks, storage tanks, and heavy-duty floors that often come into contact with corrosive liquids.

2. Class II Bricks

These types of acid-resistant bricks are recommended for working areas and floors subject to occasional spillage of fumes, acids, and chemicals in fertilizer silos. They are also used for the contouring and lining of bins.

Test for Acid-Resistant Bricks

  • The tests conducted for acid-resistant bricks are:
  • Water absorption
  • Flexural strength
  • Compressive strength
  • Acid resistance

Advantages of our Acid Proof Bricks

  • Long life
  • Highly resistant to acid
  • High compressive strength
  • Provide cost-effective solution
  • No change in shape and form

Acid proof & chemical proof

We have manufactured & Export a complete range of Acid Proof Bricks, Acid Proof Tiles & Acid Proof Cement - Mortars, Epoxy Floor Coating, Mandana Stone Flooring, and mastic compounds since 1969.

Modern Polymer Industries has been established in the year 1986 by its well-versed and experienced late Shri Kantibhai P. Patel (B. Sc. with Chemistry as a principal subject from Gujarat University in the year 1959). The Managing Partner and founder person late Shri Kantibhai acquired experience and expertise in manufacturing Corrosion Resistant Mortars by working with reputed & pioneer manufacturer M/S Netson Manufacturing Co. (P) Ltd., Ahmedabad. After leaving Netson, he also established our contract division M/s. Indochem Engineering Co. In the year 1982. Our organization has acquired a high reputation for quality products & growth through his managerial capacity, proper guidance, and principle within a short.

We Serve all kinds of Industrial Plants with our Expertise in the field of Corrosion Technology Manufacturing of a complete range of Acid Alkali Proof: Tiles, Bricks, Cement, Resins base Mortars, Carbon / Graphite Tiles, and allied Products.
Our Products:-

Sodium Silimor™ Mortar. (Acid Resistant Mortar)

Sodium Silicate Mortar is widely used for Acid Resistant Bricks & Tiles lining works as Bedding & Jointing Mortar for Tanks, Floor, Drain, Foundation

Resistant:
Sodium Silicate mortars are useful in PH range of 0-6 except where sulphuric acid exporter exists in the vapor phase wet-dry exposures or in a concentration above 93% It is also resistant to Oxidizing & Non-oxidizing Acids, & except Hydrofluoric Acid & Water Sodium Silicate Mortar

Sulphomor™ Sulphur Mortar

Hot melt-type acid-proof cement opposes oxidizing and non-oxidizing chemicals up to certain limits. Best jointing cement for acid proof Brick /
Tile lining work in battery charging rooms & electroplating plants. It resists Temperatures up to 90 °C. The melt mortar is tremendously fluid and pours quite easily.

Sulphur Cement is used in Industries mainly jointing of Acid Proof Brick / Tiles in the lining of Pickling Tanks, Storage tanks, Sumps, Drainage lines, and Floor and Sewerage line pipe joints.Acid Proof Materials, Acid Proof Materials Manufacturer, Acid Proof Materials India, Manufacturer, Supplier Exporter India.

Preparation of Mortar:
Sulphur ingots are broken and placed in a suitable clean, dry Kettle. It is melted over low heat by stirring with a metal rod or ladle. If sulphur is agitated or ignited a tight cover or wet gunny bags shall be kept ready for use in case of fire. Sulphur mortar burns with a low blue flame. In such a case heating should be stopped and the vessel should be enclosed with the lid or wet gunny bags until the fire is extinguished.

If the mortar thickens on overheating, it should be allowed to cool and stir until thin. Care shall be taken that water or damp Mortar does not fall or mixed in the heating vessel so as to avoid foaming.

Mechanical/Physical property:
